Rob Bray is a marketplace and ministry leader with over a decade of experience in both business and nonprofit contexts. Rob has catalyzed successful companies, grown healthy ministries, toured with speakers and musicians, scaled organizations, developed teams, recorded albums, multiplied cohorts, and spoken at influential conferences, workshops, and events. He is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Spirit + Truth, a life-giving church in Northern Colorado, as well as the Founder and Lead Coach of Higher Purpose, a coaching company helping people and organizations grow in personal fulfillment, leadership skills, and strategic planning. In addition, Rob is the co-founder of The Foundry Advisory, a business peer-to-peer advisory network helping faith-based business owners and entrepreneurs grow their faith and businesses. Rob's expertise and passion have made him a trusted advisor and coach for leaders and entrepreneurs seeking breakthroughs in multiple areas of life. Rob and his wife Bethany live on their homestead in Fort Collins, CO with their six children: Nehemiah, Nora, Noelle, Neely, Nayla, and Nicholas. In their spare time, they enjoy hiking, paddle-boarding, camping, and snowboarding.

Bethany is a lover of Jesus, a wife, and a mother. She is a mentor, teacher, and counselor who spends much of her time investing in her children, teaching them to love Jesus and others well. As a pastors wife and homeschool mom of six, her days are filled with patient instruction and discipleship. In addition to running her own Norwex business and helping to manage rental properties, she also is a tutor for Freedom Academy, a powerful Christian homeschool co-op community. She has a huge heart for women to know their identity as daughters of the King, and to walk in the freedom and joy of Christ. She enjoys serving the local church and is passionate about making people feel welcomed, known, and loved. She also enjoys running, baking, crafting, and quality time with her family and friends.
